One&Only Palmilla is gearing up to host its first annual Mexican Culinary Festival, which takes place from 2-6 November. The event will showcase Mexico’s hottest culinary talent with guest appearances from celebrity chefs Enrique Olvera from Pujol, Daniel Ovadía from Paxia and Edgar Nunez from Sud 777. Guests will be treated to daily cooking demon­strations in the herb garden as well as three dinners designed by each chef, accom­panied by wines from vineyards across the Guadalupe Valley. A guided tequila tasting session will take place on Thursday and Saturday.
